Lee Dong Wook’s upcoming drama The Tale of Gumiho (2020) is set for an early October premiere.

The fantasy drama tells of a male gumiho (nine-tailed fox) who travels between this world and the underworld, and a producing director who is determined to hunt him down (portrayed by Jo Bo Ah).

The drama preview released by tVN features Lee Dong Wook donned in cool, monochromatic outfits. He also mentioned that he likes the concept of a male gumiho, which breaks the usual preconceptions of what a gumiho is.

Lee Dong Wook is famous for being the face of Chanel’s male grooming and makeup line, Boy de Chanel. Fun fact: Lee Dong Wook also dated Bae Suzy up till recently, and have been good friends with Running man ace Song Ji Hyo for a long time.
